Dungeons of Drakkenheim is a complete Fifth Edition campaign designed by The Dungeon Dudes and published by Ghostfire Gaming. Set in the shattered city of Drakkenheim, the adventure takes players from levels 1-13 as they explore a ruined metropolis devastated by a mysterious meteor storm. The city is now a dangerous wasteland filled with mutated monsters, rival factions, and powerful magical contamination. With nonlinear exploration, faction intrigue, and dangerous expeditions into the city’s ruins, players shape the fate of Drakkenheim through their choices.

What is Drakkenheim?

Drakkenheim centers around a ruined capital city devastated by a meteor strike fifteen years ago, leaving it thoroughly corrupted by a mysterious, glowing crystal substance known as Delirium.

The setting shifts gameplay away from traditional heroic fantasy toward survival horror, faction politics, and high-stakes exploration.
