The Year Zero Engine (YZE) is the game system created by Free League Publishing, used in many of their RPGs.
Examples include Mutant: Year Zero, Coriolis, ALIEN RPG, Forbidden Lands, and Tales from the Loop. It’s designed to be cinematic, flexible, and rules-light, with some variation between games.
