Description
SLA Dream Entity Dice Set
The Dream Entity Dice set includes :
- 5 ten-sided “Skill” dice showing the Dream Entity symbol in place of the number 10.
- 1 ten-sided “Success” die with the Mr Slayer motif in place of number 10.
“SLA Industries 2nd Edition features an entirely new d10-based rules system, built from the ground up and designed to offer a more streamlined and cinematic gaming experience than the old system, while remaining true to the setting. Ratings Points are a new mechanic for 2nd Ed, earned from facetime in front of the camera, or through bravery, extreme success and spectacular failure. These points enable players to perform cinematic feats that defy the norm and impress audiences, and when things don’t quite work out, there’s the new Luck mechanism that allows players to alter or re-roll dice results. Both Ratings Points and Luck are a finite resource, however, and should not be used frivolously.”
Who are the Dream Entities?
They are creatures that are born of fear, folklore and memory. Dream Entities materialise as a result of anomalies in the fabric of the universe. They appear as monsters to outsiders because their basis in reality is the bleakest thoughts and darkest desires. Despite their disturbing and horrific visages they are closer corporeally to the people of Mort than they may dare to realise.
“I see you, cuckoo child. I know what you did. Cuckoo child. I know you”
